This place is clean, has excellent customer service, a great location, and overall, the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The location of the hotel was secluded, adjacent to the lake, taxis and Linda Vista. The room was incredibly spacious and airy, had a magnificent view. The staff and people generally were fantastic friendly and excellent.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the volcano and lake. The infinity pool was also a highlight, providing a picturesque spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the road leading to the hotel, as it was not paved and could be challenging to navigate, particularly without an SUV. This made it slightly inconvenient to access the hotel.

The rooms were a bit basic, with small sheets that didn't quite fit the beds. the odor in the bathroom was unpleasant, likely due to the frequent rainfall in the area.

The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. While the road to the hotel was a bit rough, we managed to make it in a regular car. The infinity pool and whirlpool overlooking Arenal Lake were the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Costa Rica.
